Medication‑focused telehealth for addiction and mental health. Licensed providers andprivate video visits in Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, and California.
Our practice
Rezolv Health is a telehealth-first behavioral health practice focused on medication-based care. We treat opioid and alcohol use disorders and provide thoughtful medication management for anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions. When addiction and mental health overlap, one provider coordinates a single plan, so care stays connected.
Many people delay treatment because getting help feels complicated or intimidating. We make care easier to begin with licensed clinicians, secure video visits, and same-day scheduling that fits into daily life without travel or added stigma.
Founded from a consolidation of independent practices dating back to 2014, Rezolv was built for telehealth from the start, not moved online later. Appointments stay focused on what matters most: symptoms, side effects, and meaningful progress over time. Prescriptions are sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.
We serve clients statewide in Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, and California. Whether you live in a major city or a rural community, access works the same way: private visits, clear communication, and care with the same provider over time.
