Care is available for adults 18+ in Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, and California. No referral is required. If your needs are better served in person, such as medical emergencies or unstable psychiatric symptoms, we will help guide you to appropriate local care.

Book a secure online video visit, complete a short intake, and verify your ID. Most people schedule within a few business days. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on location and provider availability.

We review your goals, history, and current symptoms, then recommend a care plan. If medication is appropriate, we discuss options and safety and may send an initial prescription. Early follow-ups are usually every 2 to 4 weeks, then spaced out as you stabilize.

We treat opioid and alcohol use disorders and common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.

• Opioid use disorder: Suboxone using standard or micro-induction when appropriate
• Alcohol use disorder: Medications such as naltrexone, acamprosate, or disulfiram, based on goals and medical history

Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred local pharmacy. Refill timing is reviewed during visits, and controlled medications require regular check-ins. We follow all state and federal regulations, use HIPAA-compliant systems, review the PDMP, and may request labs or urine drug screens when clinically appropriate.
